Notice of Resignation of Director

The stockholders of AgCarolina Farm Credit, ACA (“AgCarolina”) are hereby notified in accordance with Farm Credit Administration Regulation §620.15 that on December 31, 2023, Andy Lowrey, an outside director of AgCarolina Farm Credit, will resign from the Board of Directors of AgCarolina due to personal reasons. Mr. Lowrey provided written notice on October 25, 2023 to the AgCarolina Farm Credit Board Chair, Vice Chair, and CEO.
